1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging with tags still attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Giftcards
Customized or personalized products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
Ship the product back within the provided timeframe.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or shipped in error).
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
