Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Otto Kessler USA, Inc. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made on kesslergloves.com.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Giftcards

  • Customized or personalized products.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

  2. Ship the product back within the provided timeframe.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or shipped in error).


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at kessler.us@ottokessler.com with photos and details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers can use our return label to return items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
