Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method.
We offer free shipping for orders above $99.
We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the Site.

We ship using trusted carriers, including but not limited to:

Standard Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States
We do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, or the Pacific Islands.
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at kessler.us@ottokessler.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
